Send one email to contact@wuure.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We refund your order in full the same day, to your original payment method. You do not need to send anything back.

If it pops, we replace it

If any of the squishies tears, splits or stops rising back under normal play, email us a photo and we send a replacement.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by biting, cutting, sharp objects, heat or soaking in water
• Boxes bought from third-party resellers (Squishlab is sold only on wuure.com)
