At Wuure, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something is wrong, we make it right.
Warranty Coverage
Every Wuure Iron Wand Mascara is covered by a 30-day Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use, including but not limited to: damaged packaging upon arrival, defective applicator wand, or compromised formula integrity.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal product usage and gradual depletion of formula
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage resulting from failure to follow application or care instructions
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect the performance of the product
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers
Please note: Wuure products are sold exclusively on wuure.com. Products purchased elsewhere are not covered under this warranty.
How to Request Warranty Support
Email contact@wuure.com with the subject line "Warranty Request" and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product or full refund depending on the nature of the defect.
Processing Time
Warranty requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a response at the email address associated with your order.
