Where we ship: Squishlab ships within the United States only.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard Shipping: $4.90 for the 1-box offer, free on orders over $40 (so the $49.99 offer always ships free). Arrives in 5-8 business days.

Priority Shipping + Delivery Insurance: $8.90, arrives in 2-4 business days, with protection against loss or damage in transit.

Tracking: every order includes a tracking number. You receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Birthday coming up? Choose Priority Shipping at checkout and order at least 5 business days ahead.

Returns: 30-day money back, no questions asked

Not a hit? Send one email to contact@wuure.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full the same day. You do not need to send anything back.

If it pops, we replace it. Email us a photo and we send a replacement.

Damaged or incorrect orders: contact us right away with a photo and we reship or refund within 24 hours.
